Graduating from Bernard Baruch College with a B.A. in Corporate Communications has given Keri the expertise in communication to cater to her clientele and grow her business.

Coming from a humble background and blue-collar hardworking family, helping others was always taught to her from childhood. Giving back to the community, participating in charitable events, and raising awareness for meaningful causes are important aspects of her life. Keri measures her success through charitable causes and caring for others.

While attending Baruch College, Keri worked within a peer mentoring group, “Team Baruch,” which comprised many international students. Together, they welcomed everyone to New York City as they embarked on their educational paths and careers.

She also participated in many charitable community events to raise awareness for various important causes, such as raising money for city hospitals like Bellevue.

As a continuous donor to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, Keri has participated in walkathons in NYC. In recent years, along with the Fox Foundation, she spoke on Capitol Hill representing the Veteran Parkinson population in homage to her late father and those who have served the country.

Similarly, Keri is a continuous donor to the Breast Cancer Foundation in homage to her late mother. She tries to attend the yearly Breast Cancer walk, as she has done in NYC in past years. Through funding research and new treatments, it is her hope to remember the struggles and triumphs of all those who have perished, survived, and to save more people in the future.

In past years, Keri gave back to the community by supporting troops through the Military on the Move Program (MOM), as she was registered as a MOM Realtor. This program was dear to her heart, coming from a family of veterans.

Presently, Keri is an active part of the Board of Elections for Queens County. She has faithfully been working with the BOE family throughout Queens in various positions and elections since 2007. Getting involved and working in a team environment for the community means a lot to her. It molds individuals to be greater and keeps them humble. Keri continues to thrive from giving back and will do so for many years as she finds great fulfillment in helping others.

After graduating from college, Keri began her career in real estate from a compliance aspect of the affordable housing industry in a government monitoring agency. Later on, she decided to switch sides and work in property management as a compliance manager continuing in affordable housing.

Eventually, Keri obtained an Asset Manager position in a governmental agency which is a liaison for the NYS Governor, serving the great people of New York.

The hands-on experience of over a decade in the affordable housing industry has given Keri cutting-edge expertise in real estate. Working with statewide tenants, property managers, developers, owners, tax-credit syndicators, understanding tax credit policy and procedures, underwriters, lenders such as Sonyma, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae, and various other professionals has allowed her to understand properties from a professional mindset ranging from single-family homes, multifamily dwellings, to commercial properties on an expert level to serve all her clientele and be a chameleon for all their real estate needs.

Keri holds several NYS and nationwide certifications and believes in constantly continuing to enhance her education and grow along with the ever-growing real estate market.

Since becoming licensed, Keri has excelled in the industry, becoming a yearly award-winning top-producing realtor. She is very grateful for her experiences and continued success. Some of her experiences have been with first-time homeowners guiding buyers, working with sellers by listing properties, helping clients with relocation out of state, handling estate listings, listing commercial properties, rentals both listing and assisting renters. Her expertise is conducting sell-to-buy transactions. She enjoys helping investors find properties for their portfolios and much more.
