She layed out her plan in detail and was true to that plan. In short she did not rely on" I have done it before , trust me. What she did do was layed out in detail step by step how she would , in detail, how she would set into motion a plan to get the results in a maticulus way , every step of the way. I guess the best way I can explain would be to say she took care of the seconds and minutes and the hours which ment " the selling of the property took care of it self !
